All products and services offered have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase or installation.

 

Warranty Scope

The warranty covers exclusively:

 

Technical failures or software errors related to installation performed by the service provider.

 

Activation or operating problems arising from the software itself, as long as it has not been altered, modified, or misused by the customer.

 

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

 

Damage caused by misuse, accidental deletion, formatting, viruses, third-party installations, or modifications to the operating system.

 

Computer replacements, reinstallations at the customer's expense, or loss of data.

 

Faults resulting from improper use or installations performed by anyone other than an authorized technical service provider.

 

Refunds

No refunds are given under any circumstances.

 

In the event of an issue within the warranty period, the software will be repaired or reinstalled at no additional cost, provided that the above conditions apply.

 

If the user requests new service or support outside of the warranty conditions, this will incur an additional cost.
