Payment Policy, Warranty and Technical Support

💳 Payment Process

The service is considered complete once the client performs the corresponding tests (opening the program, activation, restarting the device if applicable, and verifying functionality).

After confirming that everything is working correctly, payment for the service is made.

Once payment is received, the work is considered delivered and accepted.

✅ Service Warranty

All products and services have one (1) warranty, valid for up to one (1) year from the installation date, provided the conditions are met.

The warranty covers a single review or reinstallation, only in the following cases:

Technical failures directly related to the installation performed by our service.

Activation or functionality problems with the software without modifications, deletions, or misuse by the client.

❌ Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT apply if any of the following situations occur:

Software removal, device formatting, viruses, damage due to misuse, or changes to the operating system.

Installations, configurations, or modifications performed by third parties or by the client themselves.

Computer replacement, subsequent reinstallations requested by the client, or data loss.

Repeated support requests for the same issue, once the corresponding solution has already been provided.

🔁 Additional Support

The warranty includes one free intervention.

Any additional support, reinstallation, or new service outside of the warranty period will incur an additional charge.

💰 Refunds

No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

The services correspond to digital licenses and technical services; therefore, no refunds apply.

By contracting any service, the client accepts this policy, understanding that:

The software is delivered fully functional and tested before payment.

The warranty is intended to correct actual defects, not to cover errors in subsequent use.

Technical support has clear limits to ensure fair and professional service.
